What it will do
- • Send from Salesforce Flows — add a senderZ action to any Flow. Choose channel, template, and contact field mapping.
- • Log message activity — every sent message, delivery confirmation, and reply logs to the Salesforce contact record as a custom activity.
- • Sync opt-outs bidirectionally — STOP keywords in senderZ update the Salesforce contact. Opt-outs in Salesforce propagate to senderZ.
- • Sales Cloud and Service Cloud — works with both clouds, Professional edition and above.
