Send iMessage and SMS directly from Close lead and opportunity sidebars. Replies appear in the Close timeline. Smart View filters let you segment by message status. Planned for Q3 2026.
What it will do
- • Send from lead/opportunity sidebar — click to send iMessage or SMS without leaving the Close interface.
- • Replies in Close timeline — inbound replies from senderZ appear as timeline activities on the lead record.
- • Smart View filters — filter leads by "last messaged", "awaiting reply", or "opted out" using custom fields synced from senderZ.
- • Sequence step integration — add iMessage/SMS steps to Close Sequences alongside email and call steps.
